AARON-TAYLOR.COM™ now offers psychometric testing of our final stage candidates. Psychometrics is the field of study concerned with the theory and technique of educational and psychological measurement, which includes the measurement of knowledge, abilities, attitudes, and personality traits.

We recognise hiring is an expensive and demanding exercise, something which is all the more costly if you get it wrong. In a bid to reduce the risk inherent in the recruitment process we offer free psychometric testing for our final two shortlisted candidates.
