It was Agency-Services.com’s success in serving a train operator in a customer-facing revenue protection role that opened our eyes to the opportunities in a thriving railway industry and has encouraged us to offer our services to the industry through Achilles Link-up Scheme.

Our Experience

Since 2006 we have provided over 50 ticket-collectors and train dispatch workers at a major railway station through an existing Link-up registered company. Since inception this contract has doubled in size and won high praise from both the public and the TOC.

The TOC’s experience of other agencies was not an uncommon one; management using low quality systems to provide workers of a variable standard, with a hit-and-miss attitude. Our investment in high quality and thorough vetting procedures has proven its value on the railways already but we’re keen to extend our scope further.
