All Aaron-Taylor.com security officers and CCTV operators are vetted to BS7858. Security officers are trained to Level 2 Award in Security Guarding (Static and Patrol) and/or Door Supervision.

The experience of Aaron-Taylor.com security officers spans the full range of security company needs ranging from retail, through front-of-house 'concierge' and customer-facing services, sporting and entertainment events, to close protection.

As part of BS7858, in addition to the statutory checks all Aaron-Taylor.com officers are interviewed and screened to ensure their communication skills would meet the requirements of the particular deployment, that they have suitable apparel, and that they demonstrate a thorough grasp of their licensed role(s). This last point is irrespective of what sits in their CV. Experience is something Aaron-Taylor believes is learnt from, not just lived through.
