| Details: | Founded five years ago, we are a specialist recruiter in the security sector based in London Bridge. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities within the security sector, broken down into the following disciplines: Manned Guarding, CCTV, Intruder, Access Control and Fire. This is a client facing position, focussed on generating new business; responsibility will extend from qualified phone calls to client meetings. Having secured opportunities our dedicated resource and vetting team will source suitable candidates. The successful candidate will ideally have previous recruitment experience, but consideration will be given to those with a proven record in the security sales field. You should possess ambition, drive and determination to succeed. You will be joining a small, innovative and niche business. We offer a competitive salary, training, uncapped commission and realistic career opportunities as we expand. Should your performance be outstanding an equity stake will be offered.
